For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related jili.host policies:

• "jili.host" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and gaming services operated under the domain jilihost.club, including all games, features, promotions, and support services accessible through that domain.
• "Player", "User", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jili.host platform in any capacity.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where jili.host does not hold the necessary authorizations to operate.

By accessing the jili.host platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jili.host Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili.host platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on jili.host, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili.host platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.

jili.host reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jili.host account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jili.host will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify jili.host support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. jili.host will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your jili.host account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account protection.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jili.host reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

All deposits to your jili.host PHP Wallet must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted deposit methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status, and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jili.host does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your PHP Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and PayMaya.

jili.host reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have originated from a fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed payment source. In such cases, any winnings derived from the reversed deposit may also be voided.

Withdrawal requests from your jili.host PHP Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jili.host account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the time of the request.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• jili.host reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

jili.host offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only, unless otherwise specified.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
• jili.host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All games available on jili.host are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All game outcomes on jili.host are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jili.host will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount refunded to the player's PHP Wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili.host platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner not intended by jili.host.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili.host staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jili.host platform.

All content on the jili.host platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili.host or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili.host platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jili.host platform without prior written consent from jili.host.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili.host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jili.host platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jili.host's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any actions taken by jili.host in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

jili.host's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili.host is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your PHP Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

jili.host reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request by the player to close their own account.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your PHP Wallet (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jili.host support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Your continued use of the jili.host platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
